Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2Â business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates To offer you a wide selection of products at the best prices, we work with various international manufacturers and fulfillment partners. Items are often shipped directly from our partners' warehouses.
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is typically 5 to 12 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are outside of our control.
3. Free Worldwide Shipping We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
5. Separate Shipments If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses to get them to you as fast as possible. In this case, you might receive multiple packages and separate tracking numbers. Please do not worry if one part of your order arrives a few days before the rest.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lyvana is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer and importer of the goods.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your safe drop locations first. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at matteo.gollwitzer@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and find a solution for you.
